Bita Mesgarpour was born in Iran.
She graduated from Tehran University of Medical
Sciences (TUMS) in Iran with a Pharm. D. degree in
1999. She had been working as a researcher, expert
and executive manager in several institution
including Iranian Institute
for Medicinal Plants, National Research Center for Medical Sciences
of Iran and Undersecretary of Research and Technology, Iranian Ministry
of Health.
In fall 2006, she started her post graduate study in
public health at TUMS and received
her Master in Public Health (MPH) in July 2008.
Feb. 2009 she started her PhD study in the
Department of Clinical Pharmacology at the Medical
University of Vienna.
Currently, she is attending in full-time PhD
program of Applied Medical Science (study code N790)
and involved with some courses as well as her PhD
project. She defined her project in collaboration
between the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and
the Department of Emergency Medicine.
